Dress Code Requirements for All Members

Professional meetings typically include firm representatives in attendance; therefore, a dress code of 'business casual' is strictly enforced. Please take a moment to look over what is considered the acceptable business casual dress. You will be asked to leave if you are not dressed according to these standards.

 

Men

  • Dress slacks, cotton chinos or khakis (pressed)
  • High quality crew-neck or turtleneck sweaters
  • Long-sleeved sport shirts (tie is not necessary)
  • A blazer or sports coat, usually navy or black (optional)
  • Dress leather belt
  • Patterned or colored socks in a heavier knit than dress socks
  • Loafers or other shined dress shoes

    Inappropriate attire includes, but it not limited to:

  • Denim
  • Cargo Pants
  • T-shirts or tank tops
  • Sneakers
  • Flip-flops/ sandals

Women

  • A twin sweater set in neutral colors 
  • Cotton button-down shirts in solids and stripes
  • Mix and match knit separates, wool turtlenecks, tailored blouse or a lightweight wool blazer (optional)
  • Skirt or slacks in a neutral color
  • A tailored pantsuit or a tailored dress with sleeve or jacket
  • Casual, low-heeled shoes or flats

    Inappropriate attire includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sun dresses
  • Shorts/ short skirts
  • Denim
  • Split skirts
  • Capri pants
  • T-shirts or tank tops
  • Spaghetti strap shirts

·         Power colors: black, navy, dark gray, earth tones

·         Dark dress shoes

·         Good hygiene

 

Women

·         Business Suits: slacks or skirt

·         Skirt-and-blouse combination

·         Conservative clothes, make-up and jewelry

·         Power colors: black, navy, dark gray, earth tones

o   Avoid bright colors

·         Dark dress shoes

o   Heels or flats

o   No open toe shoes or sandals
